Flash Fiction Challenge: Prompt Six

The Challenge:
It’s simple – One flash fiction story a week under 1,000 words for 52 weeks. Stories must be under 1,000 words and contain the classic story elements: In essence, a beginning, middle, and end. Use the prompt exactly as-is or a loose interpretation thereof. The rest is up to you.

Prompt #6:

A bunch of old souls have escaped “purgatory” and have taken over the bodies of several people. Tell one (or all) of their stories.
